Why is the Recommend option in the Risk Researcher Premium Estimates screen not visible?

Answer:

You will need to check your Risk Research APL settings.

Navigate to Research > Risk Researcher > Approved Product Lists > Customise APLs

If the option "Only allow 'Preferred' products to be recommended" is ticked, you will need to make sure in the APL you have preferred products selected. Otherwise, untick this option and all products on the APL will be available for you to select recommend.

If you prefer to only have preferred products available to recommend, click on the Edit button next to your APL and ensure you have the products selected in this column as shown below.
