Why is the bell icon at the top of the XPLAN page not working when I click on it?

This is most likely due to a pop up blocker in the browser you are using.

Access the pop up settings in the browser and make sure it is not set to block pop ups. If you are using IE, you will need to add your xplan sites URL to the Trusted Sites.

You can also try using another browser for XPLAN.
