To add an image to an email or email template you must first upload the image to the document library before you insert it into your email or email template.
1. Upload the image to the document library
- Navigate to =>Hubs=> Notes & Documents
- You can see your practice folder listed under the Categories panel (below test folder is an example)
- Click the [+] button to explore subfolders underneath your practice folder and then select the subfolder you wish to upload your images.
- If there are no subfolders, just select your practice folder. (Feel free to create a subfolder if you wish to store your images in a separate subfolder by clicking the down-arrow =>New Category)
- Click "Add" in the document list panel to add a document note
- Fill in below details under the summary tab
- Switch to the attachment tab, upload your image as an attachment =>save
Now you have successfully uploaded images into your Xplan library.
2. Insert the image you uploaded to your email template
- From your email template select the Insert Image icon from the toolbar
- =>Select Browse server - the document library folder structure will open
- Navigate to the document note where you saved your image
- Click on the note itself then select the attached image. You must make sure the image in below "1" panel is selected!!!
- The image will appear and can be resized. Click OK
The image will now appear in the email template.
