Datafeed Refresh
You can refresh a datafeed at an adviser level or for individual client portfolios. You will also require the Refresh Datafeeds capability on your login to be able to refresh accounts.
Refreshing an individual client's account
1. In the client record, navigate to Portfolios > Position
2. Make sure the appropriate Client is selected and not View All
3. Click on Admin > External Accounts
4. Click on the dropdown and Refresh
5. The below Refresh External Account window will come up, Click OK
You will receive a message via the Bell Icon showing the result (Data can take up to 24 hours to came into the site)
Refreshing Adviser Mapping
1. From the left hand menu > Integration > System Datafeeds > Mappings > Advisers
2. Select the appropriate User (Adviser)
3. Click on the dropdown and Refresh
4. The below Refresh Adviser Mapping window will come up, Click OK
5. You will receive a message via the Bell Icon showing the result (Data can take up to 48 hours to come into the site)
