Step 1
Click on the Search clients (/) box, Full List
Step 2
Select the Clients using the tick boxes on the left side of the client name. Using the left menu select Reports, Merge Report.
Note: You can use the Advanced Search to define the client list prior to merge the Fact Find for example client with an upcoming review.
Step 3
Within Merge Report, ensure the Target Clients is Only Selected Clients. Set the Report Category to 1000.Discover the Client.
Ensure that the adviser preferences have been configured to include/exclude preferred sections for both Full and Review Fact Find.
Adviser Preferences
Within the adviser's user profile, click on the adviser's name top right side. Select My Preferences.
In the left menu, navigate to My details, My Fact Find Builder, Fact Find Builder Details
Clicking on the Edit button, as this will allow you to select the options to exclude from the bulk merge Full and/or Review Fact Find.
